Introduction
Allied Engineers Internal Policies establish ethical values and principles, the moral rules deduced from them, and aim to create an organizational culture of integrity at the Company level and an ethical climate that determines partners, staff and employees to act with mutual trust, professionalism and integrity.
BUSINESS INTEGRITY POLICY
At the heart of Allied Engineers’ principles is the commitment to operate in a truthful and equitable manner in every aspect of our interactions. This encompasses abiding by laws and regulations, fulfilling our contractual obligations to clients and other stakeholders, and following Allied Engineers’ established policies and protocols. This commitment extends to maintaining ethical behavior at both an individual and corporate level. We are equally dedicated to collaborating with external entities that share our values, whether they are joint venture and alliance partners, clients, sub-consultants, or suppliers.
We and our partners aim to ensure that our business conduct is honorable and that we implement internal control procedures for prevention and detection of any misconduct, fraud or conflict of interests.

Gifts, Hospitality, and Entertainment: Gifts, hospitality, and entertainment offered or received must be reasonable, transparent, and not intended to influence business decisions or compromise integrity. We will adhere to policies that govern the giving and receiving of such items.
Third-Party Due Diligence: We will conduct thorough due diligence on third parties, including suppliers, partners, and agents, to ensure their commitment to ethical practices aligns with ours.

Consequences of Violations: Any violations of this policy will be treated seriously and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationships. Legal action may also be pursued when necessary.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Allied Engineers is committed to safeguarding the privacy and personal information of individuals we interact with, including customers, employees, partners, and any other stakeholders. This Personal Data Protection Policy outlines our approach to collecting, using, storing, and securing personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK POLICY
This Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) at Work Policy outlines our dedication to creating a safe and healthy work environment by preventing accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
We aim high to provide a safe and healthy workplace, and we expect our employees, business partners and guests to help achieve our goals by:
- providing safe and healthy working conditions for preventing work-related injury and ill health;
- identifying opportunities for continually improving our occupational health and safety system;
- eliminating hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks;
- complying with all occupational health and safety requirements prescribed by the Company and stakeholders;
- implementing and maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 45001;
- providing necessary occupational health and safety information, instructions and training to enable all colleagues to carry out their jobs competently and safely;
- selecting competent contractors and monitoring their performance to ensure related standards of occupational health and safety are secured;
- effectively communicating with people employed by contractors to make them aware of their individual occupational health and safety obligations.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION POLICY
Conservation and continuous improvement of the environment is a priority to Allied Engineers Grup. We strive to develop and operate an environmental management system that sets high standards on pollution prevention, resources preservation and legal compliance.
All national laws on environmental protection and regulations must be observed. Moreover, business partners have an obligation to avoid and reduce environmental pollution and to continuously improve environmental protection.
Our employees and collaborators are expected to adhere to our environmental policy and help us achieve our goals by:
- effectively and continuously improving environmental performance;
- promoting sound environmental policies and practices;
- implementing and maintaining the Environmental Management System that meets the requirements of 14001;
- conserving resources and maximizing energy efficiency;
- minimizing waste wherever practicable;
- reducing and preventing pollution where possible.
MANAGEMENT OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Any confidential business and operational information related to Allied Engineers, our employees, customers and suppliers represent a valuable asset and must be protected. We undertake to manage confidential information in order to ensure the protection of its integrity.
Company personnel shall use information to which they have access only for the purpose for which it was obtained and they are committed to respect the interests of the Company or of any third parties to which it belongs.
Our employees who have access to confidential information shall act in accordance with the employment contract, the contract with the applicable supplier or business partner, relevant laws as well as the Company internal policies and rules.
Employees are not allowed to disclose to anyone any confidential or exclusive information without prior approval form Company management. Those who have access to or control such information should at all times provide adequate safeguards to prevent its misuse. Examples of misuse include disclosing information in exchange for monetary rewards or using information for personal gain. It should also be noted that unauthorized disclosure of any personal data may lead to a breach of applicable confidentiality laws and regulations.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE
It is the personal responsibility of each member of the Company’s staff to understand and comply with the standards and requirements set forth in the Code.
Our business partners must ensure the implementation of and the compliance with the basic principles defined in this Code within their companies through appropriate and justifiable measures. Such measures must be regularly checked and documented by the company’s management.
Moreover, business partners must inform their suppliers about the content of this Code of conduct and request compliance with the requirements and standards specified herein.
