Use of State-of-the-Art Fully Integrated 3D BIM Design

At Allied Engineers we combine a working understanding of the leading-edge Building Information Models design software technology with solid practices.

Allied Engineers has developed the use of fully integrated 3D BIM to design a wide range of constructions, ranging from industrial plants to commercial, retail, logistic, office buildings or even civil works.
The complex BIM integration includes all design specialties – architecture, structure, geotechnical, general MEP installations, civil works and process engineering. We went a step further and succeeded in designing straightforward in a 3D BIM environment even very complex constructions such as automotive industrial plants or multi-function buildings that enclose together commercial, residential and technical spaces, all in the same building.
The level of development of the BIM modelling we design is LOD400 which corresponds to the highest standards of the design processes by reaching the finest level of clarity of the BIM content and by ensuring the optimal buildability of the construction. The BIM fully integrated design helps our project leaders to significantly improve the level of inter-specialty design coordination, to ensure see how components of a complex design work together, to early assess the implication of choices for project viability and sustainability and to identify the best solutions for optimizing the overall projects’ efficiency.
